Pricing philosophy

MADIAD does not sell fixed packages. Every business has a different scale, goal, and stage. A one-size-fits-all package simply cannot serve everyone well.

Instead, we listen to your challenge and propose the most efficient approach: just enough to hit your goal, nothing more, nothing less.

The only numbers MADIAD publishes belong to fixed-package products. For project work, scope and cost are agreed per project in the contract — see the Terms of Use, Services and scope.

How MADIAD quotes

An AI solution runs on the systems you already have. Before we have seen them, any number is a guess — so we work in four steps.

These four steps are free and carry no obligation. Anything we have not seen stays blank in the proposal rather than being folded into a round number.

Frequently asked questions about pricing

Why doesn't MADIAD offer fixed packages?
Every business has different scale and goals. Fixed packages lead to either over-paying or under-serving. Custom pricing means you pay for exactly what you need, nothing more.
What does it cost to start with MADIAD?
It depends on the work. MADIAD Hub has a public price list you can read directly. For an AI solution the number depends on the systems you run and the scope of the first phase — we survey, then quote in writing, and we do not charge for that step.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All costs are clearly stated in the proposal before signing: implementation fee, tool cost, support fee. You see everything before you decide.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. For one-time projects, if results fall short of the agreed goals in the proposal, MADIAD will revise the work or refund the unused portion.
How does payment work?
Subscription products such as MADIAD Hub: prepaid per period by bank transfer (VietQR supported); the plan activates automatically once payment is recorded. Project-based work: 50% on signing, 50% on acceptance. Domestic transactions are settled in Vietnamese Dong; international clients may settle in USD as agreed in the contract. MADIAD never collects or stores your card details.
Does MADIAD work with small businesses?
Absolutely. Many MADIAD clients are SMEs, startups and individuals — which is exactly why we scope to what you actually need instead of selling one fixed package. MADIAD Hub has a public price list; for an AI solution we survey first, then quote.
