Frequently asked questions about pricing

Why doesn't MADIAD offer fixed packages?
Every business has different scale and goals. Fixed packages lead to either over-paying or under-serving. Custom pricing means you pay for exactly what you need, nothing more.
What is the minimum cost to get started?
Around $10/month for a basic chatbot or simple automation. Businesses can scale gradually as results become visible.
Are there hidden fees?
No. All costs are clearly stated in the proposal before signing: implementation fee, tool cost, support fee. You see everything before you decide.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. For one-time projects, if results fall short of the agreed goals in the proposal, MADIAD will revise the work or refund the unused portion.
How does payment work?
Subscription products such as MADIAD Hub: prepaid per period by bank transfer (VietQR supported); the plan activates automatically once payment is recorded. Project-based work: 50% on signing, 50% on acceptance. Domestic transactions are settled in Vietnamese Dong; international clients may settle in USD as agreed in the contract. MADIAD never collects or stores your card details.
