Services
MADIAD provides AI technology, brand identity, and international communications services, along with subscription software (SaaS) products such as MADIAD Hub (multi-platform publishing via API) and seeding services. For project-based services, scope and pricing are agreed upon individually per project via contract or proposal. For subscription products, scope and per-tier pricing are published on the relevant product page.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including articles, images, source code, and designs — is the property of MADIAD unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Payment & Refunds
For project-based services, payment terms are defined in each project's contract. For subscription (SaaS) products, you pay in advance per plan via bank transfer; the plan is activated automatically once payment is received and runs for its billing cycle (typically monthly). Subscription fees paid for the current cycle are non-refundable unless required by law. You may stop renewing at any time, in which case the service remains active until the end of the paid cycle. MADIAD may adjust pricing and will give notice before it applies to your next renewal. Any results-based refund commitment, where offered, is stated on the Pricing page or the relevant proposal.
Third-Party Services & Disclaimer
Some MADIAD products, including MADIAD Hub, operate by connecting to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Google, and others) through those platforms' official APIs and sign-in flows. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and policies, which you are responsible for complying with. MADIAD does not own, control, or take responsibility for the operation of third-party platforms, including but not limited to: API changes or outages, policy changes, content being rejected, hidden, or removed, accounts being restricted, suspended, or banned, changes to a platform's features or pricing, and how a platform collects or processes your data. MADIAD is not liable for any damage or loss arising from the actions, incidents, or decisions of third parties. The service is provided on a reasonable-effort basis, with no guarantee that every post will be accepted or distributed by a third-party platform.
Limitation of Liability
MADIAD is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of our services, except in cases of willful misconduct by MADIAD.
Changes to Terms
MADIAD reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
