Terms of Service

By using madiad.com, MADIAD product websites (including hub.madiad.com and seeding.madiad.com) and MADIAD services, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please stop using the services.

MADIAD provides AI technology services, brand identity, international communications, and subscription software products (SaaS) such as MADIAD Hub (multi-platform publishing via API) and seeding services. For project-based services, scope and cost are agreed per project through a contract or proposal. For subscription products, scope and pricing per plan are published on the corresponding product page.

Website content (articles, images, source code, design) is owned by MADIAD unless otherwise noted. You may not copy, distribute or use it commercially without written consent.

Subscription (SaaS) prices are publicly listed in Vietnamese Dong (VND) on the corresponding product and pricing pages, per plan and per billing period (monthly, 6 months, 1 year). The listed price is the fee you pay for the chosen service period and is inclusive of value-added tax; MADIAD charges no surcharge beyond the listed amount.

Project-based work is quoted separately in writing based on scope.

MADIAD may adjust its price list; changes are announced on the website and apply only from the next renewal period, never retroactively to a paid period. Electronic invoices are issued in accordance with the law when you provide billing information.

Subscription products are prepaid per plan by bank transfer (VietQR supported) to the account of CÔNG TY TNHH MỘT THÀNH VIÊN THƯƠNG MẠI DỊCH VỤ MADIAD. Each transaction carries a unique transfer memo for automatic reconciliation; the plan activates automatically once the payment is recorded, usually within minutes.

If a successful transfer does not activate your plan, contact info@madiad.com with the receipt.

Project-based services follow the payment terms of each project contract. MADIAD does not collect or store your card numbers or bank credentials.

Services are delivered online: as soon as a plan is activated you access it through your account on the product website; nothing is shipped physically. A plan stays effective for the paid period.

You may stop renewing at any time; the service keeps working until the end of the paid period and then stops with no further charges. MADIAD may suspend or terminate service for violations of these terms or when required by law, with email notice unless legally prohibited.

Fees for the current period are non-refundable except where the law provides otherwise or where a verified fault on MADIAD's side makes the service unusable for an extended time; in that case the parties agree on extending service time or refunding the portion corresponding to the disruption.

You must be 18 or older, or a legally established organization, to register. You are responsible for the content you publish through the service: it must comply with Vietnamese law, the law of the place you operate in, and each social platform's policies.

The service must not be used to distribute unlawful content, infringe intellectual property, spread harmful false information, or send spam.

Usage limits (Profiles, posts, video processing minutes) follow each plan's description on the product page. MADIAD may refuse, suspend or terminate service for violations after email notice.

Process: MADIAD confirms receipt within 24 working hours, responds with a resolution path within 3 working days, and fully resolves the case within at most 15 working days from receiving sufficient information. For payment-related complaints, please attach the transfer receipt to speed up reconciliation.

If you disagree with the outcome, you may escalate to the competent state authority or file a lawsuit under the law.

Some MADIAD products, including MADIAD Hub, operate by connecting to third-party platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Threads, Pinterest, Google and others) through those platforms' official APIs and login flows. Your use of those platforms is additionally governed by each platform's own terms and policies, which you are responsible for complying with.

MADIAD does not own, control, or take responsibility for third-party platforms, including but not limited to: API changes or outages, policy changes, content being rejected, hidden or removed, accounts being restricted, suspended or banned, platform feature or pricing changes, and how platforms collect or process your data. MADIAD is not liable for any damage or loss arising from third-party actions, incidents or decisions.

The service is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis without any guarantee that every post will be accepted or distributed by a third-party platform.

MADIAD is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of the services, except in cases of MADIAD's intentional fault.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation and mediation; failing that, they are submitted to the competent court in Vietnam.

MADIAD may update these terms. Changes take effect upon posting on the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
