Privacy Policy

MADIAD is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with Vietnam's personal data protection law (Decree 13/2023/ND-CP). This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information when you use madiad.com, MADIAD product websites (including hub.madiad.com and seeding.madiad.com) and related services.

Depending on how you use our services, we collect: (a) contact data you provide directly via email, chatbot or Zalo OA: name, email, phone number, company name, description of needs; (b) account data when you register for a SaaS product: login email, password (stored only as a cryptographic hash, never readable in plain text), your plan and usage history; (c) transaction data when you pay: amount, time and transfer memo forwarded by the bank to our reconciliation system to activate your plan; we never collect card numbers or bank credentials; (d) social connection data when you actively connect accounts for publishing: access tokens issued by the platform and basic information about the pages or channels you connect; (e) technical data for operations: API logs, post counts, system events.

The website uses a single functional cookie to remember your language choice, no advertising or tracking cookies; traffic statistics are collected anonymously via Vercel Analytics.

Information is used to: provide and operate the services you registered for (including activating plans upon payment and performing the publishing actions you request), respond to consulting and support requests, send service notices (quota, renewal, incidents), improve products and services, and send marketing only with your consent.

MADIAD does not sell, rent or share personal information with third parties, except: direct service partners (hosting, CRM, payment processing) under confidentiality agreements; third-party social platforms you actively connect your accounts to when using MADIAD products (for example MADIAD Hub), solely to perform the actions you request such as publishing; or when required by law. Data processing by third-party platforms follows their own privacy policies, outside MADIAD's control.

We use SSL/TLS encryption for all connections, role-based access control, password storage as hashes only, and SOC 2 compliant infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, Sanity). You can disconnect a social account at any time in the dashboard, which revokes the corresponding publishing access.

Processing starts when you provide data and ends within these limits: contact and consulting data is kept at most 24 months after your last interaction; account data is kept until you delete your account or request deletion, plus at most 30 days to clear backups; transaction records and invoices are kept 10 years under accounting law; technical logs are kept at most 12 months. After these periods data is deleted or anonymized. You can request earlier deletion at any time via the contact email.

Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you have the right to: be informed about processing, consent or refuse consent, access and view your data, rectify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, withdraw consent (including marketing consent), obtain a copy of your data, lodge complaints or lawsuits and claim damages under the law.
